The purpose of movies is  to inspire, encourage, enlighten, and help us to understand something about our spirit and truth. After watching “INTO THE WOODS” I have no idea how it inspired, encouraged, enlightened or revealed something about my spirit. To be honest, I’m not even sure of the theme of this movie. When watching movies I always ask myself, “What is this movie showing me about my emotional wounds?” In the case of “Into the Woods” I’m afraid I couldn’t find a single moment that really touched me. I don’t know if it was because there wasn’t that moment presented to me, or maybe I have already healed that emotional wound, but I didn’t see any real emotional opportunity in this film.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?  Have you seen it? Did you have an emotional opportunity? Did the movie move your spirit in any way?   Please comment below and let me know!

I didn’t enjoy this movie, or really even the music all that much so I’m only giving it 2 mystic pigs.
